1. Shipping Destinations

Zapashe currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 6–9 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and/or expedited shipping options within the United States.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on rule below:


United States:
Standard Shipping 6-10 Days: 0–4 kg: $15.99; 4.01–8 kg: $25.99
Expedited Shipping 3-9 Days: 0–4 kg: $39.99; 4.01–8 kg: $69.99

Estimated delivery time: Processing time 6–9 business days + Shipping time 3–10 business days

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Zapashe is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Zapashe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify with neighbors or building management

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
